I think i like the infrastructure of the college where i had worked as there were systems for doing practicals and students take their own initiative for learning technology with help of teachers.

Dislikes

salary pay is very less i was getting Rs.30,000 pm that too Rs 1000 per day basis. I think it would be better to raise salary for contractual teachers.

It's a good work culture management also very good and good work environment and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

On the job training Is not given new joiners there is alot of politics. Salary is decent.

Hi, I was working in an institution affiliated to IPU. They asked me to leave the job after the contract got over. Now I am unemployed. So, my suggestion is the university should not allow the institutions to hire on contract basis.

IPU is fantastic but I was working in an institution affiliated to this.

Working as counsellor and handing Public Relation also . Such a good experience to working with Govt organization. Overall all my work is good here and get such good knowledge also.
