Work Culture of Gupta hospital is really incredible. Staff is very supportive , Management is always eager to give training to the employees and try to update them time to time . I love the way of Dr Gupta to communicate with their employees, respect them and give them space to learn with their work and apply their experience for the betterment of the hospital.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
