They talk big on helping poorer society but all they care is making property by not paying salaries (last I saw was 6 months and counting). When you demand for your pay they’ll boot you out , calling you a rebel.

I have 10 yrs of experience in IT platform but here in this company I have been feeling good to see that here even one fresher level guy can have better gather his technical expertise with his effort in such technical supportive environment. My technical reporting boss and sales & procurement manager (Mr. Pundarika Sir) was too good and proactive. I was found my convenient zone here to manage n exert my technical expertise to do my demarcated roles were to- To give end user supports to all junior technical executives at schools level +studio support+operation supports+ store supports.

*Very worst accounts department management. *Bad HR department.(Occasionally makes disorder in maintaining staff attendances accordingly which salary is provided)

Nothing. Apart from the air conditioned rooms, there is nothing likable in the company.

Among all the criterias, the company has a horrible work culture. I will not recommend anyone to ever join the company. The people running the company, the management team, has no morals.

Freshers like me, in a corporate life, it is hard to adjust ourselves initially. So various negative thoughts may come. But with the support of academic staff, I could overcome it. Now everthing is normal with the proper academic working environment. The projects that the company is handling are mainly targetting the students of rural area, students from the govt schools. Providing them the best academic classes with animated 3D & 2D contents in their own regional language. I happy now to be part of this family who is doing hard to reach students of different MILs. There is a saying,'The more you work, the more you will learn'. Working here, one thing I must admit that we have learnt more than students. Genuinely we are improving our knowledge from Maths to Science, English to Assamese etc. and it rarely happens in other Ed-Tech companies where employees other than teachers even get the chance to learn a lot.
