Lalagiri type company because your job is not secure and poor salary structure.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge of celebration on different occasion. Company celebrate employees Birthday every Month.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

This company is very good.i love the fact that i am a part of this group.i got a verry good experience from this company and lot of learn it.

Compensation is decent,but growt is slow.the work pressure is high.i have to work all 7th day not give me a off and not give a better sallery.

They are not giving a good increment they feel employees are servent. They give handsome salary only for there senior staff not for junior staff

First of all they will hire you any then they decrease your package after joinning. It means you had resign your previous company, attend your notice period and join gulshan polyols. Then they will decrease your your package after joining.
