Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. There is a huge of celebration on different occasion. Company celebrate employees Birthday every Month.

They are not giving a good increment they feel employees are servent. They give handsome salary only for there senior staff not for junior staff

First of all they will hire you any then they decrease your package after joinning. It means you had resign your previous company, attend your notice period and join gulshan polyols. Then they will decrease your your package after joining.
