Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I likes to meet with different sectors deligates,seniors,army officers,doctors,conducting awareness programme,ministers and other department officers for support,promotion my business.

No working culture,no job description.Every month getting department changes. They can't pay salary on time after every 5month you will get 1month payment.Always they take financial support from employees. Without information remove from organisation.There was no appraisal.When we start working here I forget my family life.Always extra hours working but no compensation.When we take medical leave salary deduction. No hr rules.No job security.Here nothing to learn in organisation. Very bad culture. I can't suggest anyone else to join and spoil career.
