Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

No appraisal: Lack of opportunities for career growth and recognition can lead to demotivation among employees. 3. Very bad culture not safe for girls: A toxic work environment that is not safe for female employees can create a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere. 4. No positive experience, company employees with treat you in a very good manner initially and then they will burden you with blames of their ineffiency.. there is no guidance and nothing, you have to do everything on your own like how to work, what should be the manner etc etc as employees are busy un their own politics.
