Job Security - Nothing - Whether you are at executive level, or any other level, you can be fired any time. Skill Development & work Satisfaction - Whatever you had learned earlier is going to be nullify here and you will unlearn everything. Means, No skill development. Negative work satisfaction. Company Culture - Too political and threatening. HR is too weak in the company, hence any complaint against anything will not be considered. Management and BU Leaders keep threatening employees.
