"I am interested in working at GMDC because it is a well-known organization that plays an important role in the mineral and energy sectors. The work GMDC does in resource development and sustainability is something I really admire. I find the projects the company is involved in quite interesting and impactful, especially in terms of contributing to Gujarat’s economy.

હું આશા રાખું છું કે ભવિષ્યમાં અમને જીએમડીસી કર્મચારીઓ મા લેવા માં આવે

Dislikes

ત્રણ વર્ષ જીએમડીસી માં કામ કરવા છતાં અમને થર્ડ પાર્ટી કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ માં જ કામ કરીએ છીએ આટલી મોંઘવારીમાં પણ અમે ૧૫૦૦૦ થીં ૨૦૦૦૦ માં જ ૩ વર્ષ જીએમડીસી થર્ડ પાર્ટી માં જ કામ કરીએ છીએ તોય ન તો અમને જીએમડીસી કર્મચારીઓ મા ગણવામાં આવે છે કે નહીં અમારો પગાર માં વધારો કરવામાં આવતૌ , અને નવા વેકતિઑ ને જીએમડીસી કર્મચારીઓ મા લેવા માં આવે છે આ અને યાએ કરવા પાછળ નો કારણ તમે જાણી ને જણાવશો એવી આશા

Likes

Progressive but still too much paperwork depending work. Good people to work with. Open approach for making changes.

Dislikes

Need to inculcate employee involved processes and not just by the book. Lot's of experience remain unutilized. Ease on centralised power among departments is most required for communication gaps.

I like Official work at HR Department and Account Department i feel very good then work in our project hr department

Dislikes

There is no job that one does not like, but the sad thing is that despite working so well and diligently and giving the previous time of our life to the company, there is no prospect of any benefit or salary increase in the future
