There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometime I work 12 to 18 hours per day

Management staff growth is good. Salary is also good for management staff. No high pressure work for management staff.

No growth for technician. Very low salary for technician employee. Hard work for technician employee. No benefits for technicians employee. Medical benefits is only 2 lakh per family.
