At Dahej site company management is very worst. L6 oriented company. Bonus cutting in our salary return with zero interest. No AC bus for Engineers, Technicians. Canteen food also not good. Increment policy very worst.

Pehle overtime dete the ab bandh kr dia. Safety kafi achhi he but jab field me kam krte he to wo kam krne wala hi janta he kitna safety he. Don't take negative. I like safety culture and the way they are taking care of employe

Travelling time, almost more than 2 hrs (approx 4/5 hrs) journey from Bharuch to company. Annual health checkup doing but lunch/dinner not as per health standards Politics as like other companies Buses are a/c but suspension is not good

Management goal to improve safety culture in all aspects accross the site. Employee recognition scheme for small-small work achievements to encourage people on work place.

Salary structure is not as per experience & position. Huge difference in salary of freshers,less experienced employee & more experience employee.
