Travelling time, almost more than 2 hrs (approx 4/5 hrs) journey from Bharuch to company. Annual health checkup doing but lunch/dinner not as per health standards Politics as like other companies Buses are a/c but suspension is not good

Salary structure is not as per experience & position. Huge difference in salary of freshers,less experienced employee & more experience employee.
