Salary structure & appraisal system is very poor. If u want to grown in same company then it is not possible in GFL. Appraisal is based on how well u treat ur superiors.

Management goal to improve safety culture in all aspects accross the site. Employee recognition scheme for small-small work achievements to encourage people on work place.

Salary structure is not as per experience & position. Huge difference in salary of freshers,less experienced employee & more experience employee.

Old employees salary structure improvement. Compulsory Necessary PPE's. L-5 Employees alternate Double Week off.

Canteen facilities food improving , In Get to gather involve all family mamber with parents , Every plant required Washroom facilities , Bus facilities Improving in Shift timing . Breakfast variety and food variety improvement , Leave facility improve . Office facility ia not available in ETP .

Dislikes

The name of GFL company was good. But now the behavior of some politics type HOD is very bad. Here in the night shift, the Night duty officer behaved rudely with the employee and threatened suspension.
