Nothing is worth liking at gcptcl . No increment for straight 2 years. Toxic work culture. Heights of office politics at top management. MD does not think of employees at all Attrition rate is so high but still MD says it is a churning process, employees will come and go .

Dislikes

Everything can be disliked except some employees who are genuinely good but very very sad due to low salary and high work burden but they have spent almost 20 years there and can not switch jobs now.

Good place to work if you are 45+ Ground level staff is very very cooperative and give feeling of family members. I left 10 years ago still today all colegue worked together are in touch

Non cooperation from higher management Growth is negligible
