Working environment and other employees support is excellent.

Irregular increment in salary. Post and promotion given but not increase salary. Always limited staff in all areas there for sometime multiple work in overtime and regular working hours.

... one things that from management is that " Minimum resources maximum output " 5) Last one is Salary is credited is on time without fail. 6) When I joined at that time and now days company development is very fast. 7) Their is not comparison between local and outside people both having same policy. 8) Large number of Local Employee are working their and some of is in staff. 9) In case of my HOD is Good and Supportive, they always learning and inspiring to us about work.

...rovide subsidies canteen facility for employee and rate of food is very high. 2) As per observation new employee take high salary then old employee who spends maximum period of time. 3) But I hope in Future management will do something else for employee welfare.

×Salary Structure. ×No connectivity between Unit Plant to near city except company provided vehicle. ×Company Housing beside Unit Plant ×Higer Management personal behavious is unprofession. Very rough language use to junior staff.

... high class . There is no electricity and water problem 24*7 hours available . But salary is very low ,i don't know why they paid much less salary . GAEL have canteen facility also but they don't provide subsidized food .U have to pay full amount of food . Here food quality is very poor like there is no change in food menu everytime u will get same thing during night and day.

In ambuja I like where you can learn anything that you want. Where no restriction to learn. Employee are very cooperative and supportive. Teamates and HOD are also Supportive and motivate to learn something new. In case of job security it is depend on your behaviour.

Dislikes

Company upgrade itself from time to time. But in case employee welfare company management show little interest and in case of Salary and compansation management not make it helpful for empolyee and but in future we can make it helpful.
