Dislikes

Few things are Dislike about company are 1) Company not provide subsidies canteen facility for employee and rate of food is very high. 2) As per observation new employee take high salary then old employee who spends maximum period of time. 3) But I hope in Future management will do something else for employee welfare.

Yes company supporting me very well in Covid-19 pandemic. My staff also give me a emotional support. Talking about company so you learn anything in company their is not restriction. My overall all experienced is good in case of learning but in case of carrer growth is not satisfied.

Dislikes

Company in new startup so many thing are to takes time to developed. Their is no dress cod, no any free food facilities for staff, employee safety is one of the problem is their, work load is very high as compared to salary, many facilities which deserve the employee not given by company such as free transport, free food, helth insurance, chaildcare etc .

I overall experience is good. Many things I have learned their. I am in QC so my seniors are very supportive and my QC manager and Assistant manager is supporting me very well to learn about new thing also assist to me how so handled the stress.
