Poor salary, no work life balance, performance based pay system not properly designed and implemented. No major benefits to management employees. All major benefits given to non management employees due to union pressure.

...not given any medical benifits except one low amount mediclaim reimbursement. Settlement (Salary rise after 4 years) always delays to 1-2 years since due. Look for other companies if you ate concerned about medical benifits and job security. Employees work roles are also not equally divided. Some employees are overloaded and some are doing nothing even though they have same designations. Non management employees are hungry for OT and not working and non cooperative in some plants.( some of the plants have genuine working personnel which is 10% of total i think). Sports culture is under developed. Needs improvement.

Company gacl good work and safty is exalent in filed work and all different types of instrument so knowledge is groth.

Gacl job am third party contract. Every two year contract cheng salary increases not same salary am working last three years.

...onmental and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria company policy are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues salary is 7050decent but career growth which you cannot resign
