I love the ambience, they have their office in a top of the hill! Their kinda of work is completely different from others. They treat every one equally.

Dislikes

Their incentives plans are really worst, they will reduce the incentives from basic pay! Their is no such thing called incentives. We should not celebrate anything in cafeteria! They have 10.00 hours duty.

My Team lead was great a few collegues were great.

The pay wasn't great. Discrimination against women. There is partiality among the managers . There is literal racism. Systematic oppression. No appreciation for hard work. It was the worst place I have worked.

...name sake. Don't expect any help from them Admin is the worst i have ever seen. Night shift allowance is too low compared to other companies No bonus / celebration benefits

Management support Tl's only. Tl treat employees as slave. In Ngl branch, Team lead family only running the office. AOM also jalra for Tl family, they give leave only for team lead family like tl brother, brothers wife, tl husband. Worst branch

It's most of them are my concerns , least of them of Dislikes • It's doesn't have any Appraisal over years , My most concern • We face severe Chicken Box spreading over the office (NGL), they don't care , company just depend on government schemes • No Proper Over time add-ons ( like Extra Wages, Free Foods) • Still I feel like studying in School ( Old Fashioned), by seprating Women and Men • Need a Better Lighting ( Brighter ) • Formals for Night Shift is Literally Hell • 4 days for Formals for boys only is too bad ( Offcourse Girls didn't wear Formals ) , this my least Concern
