some of company policies are not gud like no good salary hike every year, 12 hrs working time even if we are not interested , force u to stay back every day and no pay for that or less than u deserve. HR IS JUST JOKE SO THEY ARE NO USE. IF U ARE MANAGEMENT SIDE U GOOD ONE AND IF U STAY ON EMPLOYEE SIDE THEN ITS BETTER U RESIGN OR STAY IDLE.

... the first 6 months I got below 5000 for 12 hr working.now between 7000and 1000.if any issues occurred about salary there is no positive responses from hr.there no team outing for mental relaxation.there are many friends resign their position some others keep going because no other way.lack of jobs and interview based on our experience.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
