Keeping the negative aspects of job, there is a chance of actually bringing some positive changes in work culture.

There are some serious area of improvement: 1. HR team needs some serious upgrade, there are serious concerns with HR team starting from salary date to policy at every level. 2. Although there will be opportunity for changes, people here are conservative and have a lot of reservation while accepting any kind change. 3. Company culture is toxic in general with people speaking behind back and taking credit of work done by others. 4. Everyone will know the reason behind change but will not acknowledge. 5. There will be no support initially but as the project will grow people will come and act as internal client. Which means they will not give any support to you on client calls and will criticise you for things on which you have no control. 6. There is zero discussion among top management. 7. Will not see such dis organised mess anywhere else. Join if you want to experience chaos in your life. 8. HR will not reveal anything while hiring. 9. A lot of components of salary will be hidden from you.

They were very supportive in Covid -19 lockdown , Allow us to work from home smoothly, there were no salary issue this way they help us during lock down, always keep in touch with us and help us in daily issue regarding work.And always motivate us by keeping good environment and good relation.

I had joined as fresher, Working since last 5 years.I am having good expedience over here. Manager and HR department are always helpful and very kind. So grateful to be the part of such a great organisation.

It's a growing organization - there's always room for improvements however no such dislikes I can think of.

It is good place to work if you don't have any problem with night shift, Also the behaviour of few of my seniors and especially the night shift team leader Yogesh and Bhanu both are supportive and understanding moreover the shift manager Diana is also good too. However you can face work load sometimes but it's quite good experience at all.

I don't want to mention negatives here but there are serval things which company need to update and hope they are working on it there are few kickbacks which I think that must need to be update by time, Thank you.
