The company is a good start for a fresh graduate. If you are a professional you might get easily bored or frustrated.

Dislikes

Compensation is the adult minimum wage. You get bored with constant driving. Most calls are quite repetitive and boring. Depending on where you go, you get the worst schedule. For example I had a overnight shift and two days through the week off. No weekends. This was PRE-PANDEMIC. I say it's okay. 3/5 stars.

Its a visionless organization where no-one knows the ITIL process and not willing to implement the best practices. They are not ready to accept the industrial changes in terms of new concepts of service delivery. A rudderless ship is in the industry.

Dislikes

No appraisal system, no promotions no growth. People joined with me and left the job so early due to mismanagement. Dont know how they are delivering services in the states.

Nothing to like.

Dislikes

This is a very bad company. There is no processes here. You will be tortured and threatened to be fired . No promotions or appraisals. Management and team leads are incompetent and knows nothing.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
