Psycho Owners One is picky about their internal project management system (Wrike). He (Mr. Mandeep Wasu) don't care about the hard work or goodwork you do. He will criticise and humiliate you on silly and kiddish things. Which demotivates you to perform. And the other one (Ms. Manuella Wasu) don't care about the system (wrike). She completely believes in customer service (Which I personally like). But she's really insecure. She don't give direct email access with the buyer to their merchants. You will have to write the draft emails to her (Which she will never forward in one go). She wants it to be written in her own way (which is not possible, cos everyone has their own way of communicating, informing and convincing the buyer). She will criticize and humiliates you on silly things like typos and decisions you makes (as it's not matches to her thinking). Both of them do a very hardcore micromanaging which is intolerable.

Nothing good in this company because they don’t even give the employee their basic needs.

No respect for women, they treat people as a servant, not as employee. Mr. Mandeep Wasu never left a chance to abuses a women. They terminate people and eat their salary

gudi exports good for beginner. fresher can enhance his theoretical knowledge with practical values. Overall good for fresher.

complicated work management. you barely get breath, too much hectic schedule.

This is bad atmosfare in company management and owner very bad .admin deptt not work properly and hr department bad to bad in all departments

MD is a very arrogant.he plays with employee's confidence.he doesn't give any manager or even senior person liberty to take decision.he wants to hold each n every thing own.wants to surrounded with people always and to rule them.wants to see fear on everyone face.even after of many years no one feels secure.
