Stagnant career. Never think career growth. Only salary that drive you. Very poor management. They don't nurture new young brains. Only your mistakes are highlighted. Management never keeps their promise.

secured job, terrible appraisal, good work-life balance, most of the managers are useless here.

They does pay any attention to skills of the employees. Have no inovation ideas, simply do copy paste formula.

No proper culture. 1. Area managers are enjoying just as no followup from management. 2. Candidates have to waste there times for long specially for jamshedpur location in terms of gate pass. 3. Management has no control on work follow-up and others so rating by customer decrease drastically. 4.Don't expect well increment and promotion. 5.No support 6.No scope of skill development. 7.poor work culture and old employees are passing time by gossiping 8.No team work..every team members (old) are enemies of each other 10. area manager will use you for own work but never recognise your name infront of management.

The environment was heavily influenced by office politics; to thrive, one must either navigate these dynamics effectively or risk being labeled as an underperformer or ineffective employee.

Everything is good, I have joined during Corona period but Company has not fired any employee and that is the main reason.

Dislikes

I am working as a sales &Technical service executive. So my nature of job is dependent upon others.Otherwise no problem at all.
