WORK PRESSURE...the fast paced nature of the industry can lead to high work pressure and stress. long hours,,,Employees may be required to work long hours, which can impact work life balance. limited resources,,, there might be instances of inadequate resources or support making it difficult to achieve goals efficiently. Bureaucracy...As with many large companies,there might be bureaucratic hurdles that slow down decision making and innovation....

The positive in this company is its collaborative work culture. My boss is very supportive and introspective which makes it easier for me to deliver my responsibilities.

Dislikes

1. 6 days a week does not allow WorkLife balance which is scheduled to be changed to alternative Saturdays off from next month.

Mohit Mall is a big ball. Don't know what he thinks of himself. He is a big dumb. So many people are resigning from GTPL KCBPL because of him. Don't know why management is not firing him.

GTPL KCBPL Is very good company. This Company is Staff frankly. Very Helpful. All Director's is very helpful for Employees and Operators.

GTPL KCBPL is very good company.There is no reson for dislike. I have Continued this Company last 6th year, My problem is Salery.

I glade to say that this is the best company to work as well as management is so supportive also about my reporting manager his work type is best and in any issues his response is immediately and manage type as manager excellent.
