Nothing because they are not professionals

Dislikes

Non professional team leaders, always abusing with their team members, and salary is always not on time, even my February 2022 salary is not giiven yet till September 2022 and telling me that my salary is in FNF settlement in 45days salary will come directly in my account, but after some many follow up still they have not released. Worst company is GTPL.

Attrition rate is very high . Compensation is decent but not as per industry benchmark. Working days should be from Monday to Friday .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

The top managment (in broadband department of GTPL) is only interested in saving there own income might be owner Also not aware about this game, Top managment, NATIONAL HEAD and few of there's fevorite are not interested into real growth of business. Moto of them is,cutting salarys of Team leader, executive and by fairing manpower just secure our job...

As inform you previously ,the top management specially Sales head of broadband department and few of their personal peoples only wants to secure their salary just buy cutting the salary of sales team and other team members they only believe to secure their salary by taking job of the performer or non performer person ,they don't want to grow this company.even they are not serious about the growth of the company. By this type of a management GTPL broadband is losing their state and brand value from the market there are no any competitor as per the current product line of GTPL but the top management is only and only who wants disaster of GTPL.
