GTKonnect is a great place to work at. The best part of working here is you always get the respect and the appreciation work for you do. It's great working with all the team. What i personally learned is too how to work as a team and get the work done. You always get the support if you need and the leadership team is simply great at work.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and for night shift provides dinner(free of cost). I got through campus placements at the time of training gives us lots of support. And the Last but not least to fun, Salaries are good, by the end of the month they will be credited.

Health insurance policy and other benefits are missing out.

I feel proud to say that I am part of team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global client base. Here every employee will get freedom to explore their talent and also have chance to learn all new technologies. As this company works for Global Supply chain management each employee will get high functional knowledge on Global Supply Chain Market. This company first believes the employee capabilities and then checks for his technical knowledge hence we can conclude that everyone will have high job security. Here we work with team from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

The office culture is very well organized in a completely different manner, no where found a hierarchical structure. So it's very open to receive inputs from employees which helps in organizational growth.
