Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing to like here.

Dislikes

On the name of process they are over processed. Sit in office after the working hours and get the appraisal on the basis of this. In Import department you don't learn anything. They are playing e-mail email only. You have to take approval every time from directors for everything.

The work-life balance was good. Didn’t required to work overtime needless.

Growth opportunity is near to 0. The Accounts manager over there Mr. Bansal always makes you feel like worthless. Also the appraisal is done on a random basis and that with a very little scale.

No Work Life Balance, Director always pressured you even there is no work, u r not allowed to anything without permission of Director, unnecessary he ask u to seat late..never recommended.
