Very bad culture unprofessional not fix your work you are working in qc but they working another department work.very rude behavior of manager.
When you receive a bill for any material, you are required to pay the company using your own funds. The company will not cover any of these expenses. Please ensure that you have the necessary funds available to cover these costs.

HR team may make salary structure like, you are taking loan from them and as soon you resign, they may have powers to ask you back the amount. Read your appointment letter very very carefully. However once you joined, you will have to obey further agreements as well. They will pay you appraisal in form of incentives, which you may never get, in case of issues.
They even may try to bind your next employer as well, under your employment contract, which may create issue for you, if you try to leave them, without their wish.
They specially hired an Admin legal Manager there to do all such waste jobs. Admin legal manager instead of providing better infrastructure, is always busy to make such Vogue agreements to trap employees. His main job is to find out ways to supress employees rights. Pantry is 3rd class. Washroom are pathetic and AC are not working most of the times. Admin team is more focused to spy employees, till their home, instead of working on infrastructure.
Never share your personal weak point. They will start to use it to push you.
If you demand more in-hand salaries, as market rate; they will give it, from your EPF amount. They will not pay you EPF and will force you to sign affidavit that you don't want to take EPF etc etc..
If you are less qualified, salaries may be less than minimum wages with 12 hrs hard duty.
Government Rules are not a problem for them because management instead of following rules, waste time to search side ways and they are well qualified in managing the things.
So called big Managers are hopeless and will not be able to help you. They are just focused to get their job safe and to earn more money by indulging management in useless things, instead of pure business. They may put you in trouble, to save themselves. So be aware from managers.
To get full and final and relieving from there is a challenge. If you ever showed that you are not their slave and aware of law, you will definitely not get your full and final.
Management is very much interested to pull employees in court. Management says openly if employee does not work as per them, let him take his last dues from court, let him engage lawyer and spend heavy legal charges. Then management may pay in Court after 4-5 years at case settlement. That is the basic thought of the organization.
I have seen, in my short tenure, several employees left the organization with tears as they were badly treated.
I had self respect and preferred to accept Rs 2000/- less offer from other company. I didn't want to make my life hell with GSTC nightmare.
I have seen that no employee is happy there and just waiting for a right opportunity. They are even ready to leave their 2-3 months hard earned salaries to get out from the trap.
But management is deaf and unable to understand the reasons. They want to rule like Hitler.
