GSP Power System is a good Company. I had worked hare for 5 & half years. I always enjoyed to work with this Company. There is a good atmosphere to work. I loved the fact that i am a part of this Company. I leaned lota if things in my entire period with this Company.

nothing is good it is worst decision of my life when i join this company i am sick of with 24x7 work. after joining i got heAlth issues. hypertension.

there is nothing to like the company i have destroy everything here. i don't have personal space. and i got lost of decease due to no sleeping time. 24x7 calls.

The company give us simple job security because over way working is verry good and I clear my work before time my knowledge is exilent my company work clture manisment is veery good and company follow ISO rules and company policies PF,SI,food inspections,medical, petrolling payment etc

This company is OEM of M&M. The company have Assembly line for making genset of Mahindra. Every month the Mahindra staff is giving training to staff & workers.

Dislikes

Company top staff is very poor and villagers, they ruling just like hitler. Atmosphere for higher staaf is 1st class but if u are a worker then you can't drink cold water in summer. Company is not providing any water cooler/tea.
