Very Bad, Very Pressurized Work Environment, Monthly Salary Package 18000 Rs. and On Hand Get 12000 Rs. for Graduate Parson Up to 3 Year Contract after that get One year Probation in same package for Company Management want to See your work Performance, Company Management Blind in Your 3 Year Contract Period. After Completing Probation Period What happens with you is not decided or Declare By Company Management. Every Month Very Bad Video Calling about Target, Create Pressurized Environment. Company Management Give 75% High Target without See other Factor which effect in Target achievement. No one company consider your work experience of this company. Only SAP Software experience concider. No one employees are happy working with this company except Management Team Employee. I request you before joining or In training period kindly ask or contact other person which is working with this company for 6 month if anyone remaining (Except Management Team Employee). Do not spoil your career with this company.

The Office layout, Value of each employees, Recognition, Freedom to learn other department work too, Open culture, Celebrations and Stability, Open communication with CEO.

Dislikes

Too much Religious celebrations which is not applicable to all, Two different groups such HODs and Other staff as well as Direct appointed by GSFC and others on GATL role. The people on privilege side consider others as less capable.
