They have their own ERP system to perform yourself. They have a business in abroad also. 25% manpower is working on site at a time against projects. MD sir is very talented and he has vast experience in his field. He is a cool and polite personality but strict on performance and punctuality

Dislikes

Very Old company but personal growth in very slow. Senior staff do not value an individuals. There is no system of on job training and own ERP system training

Authority vests with top and decision making faster like a military set up.It depends upon individual as to how much one wishes to learn since one has to pester with knowledgeable and be ready for nasty comments.Lot of info available on web and one must keep eyes and ears open to learn.

Dislikes

Most of team people are selfish, self centered and play dirty politics.There are informers .Appraisals are biased.No independence in day today working.All reporting on system ,but it is all bogus.
