Nothing, at least I can remember!

...medical leave. I didn't know this before joining they didn't mention about this. They mostly deduct salary for 3days late arrival. Ultimately they will not give you the full salary at any cost. No matter how much time u stayed and completed your work on time. There's some discrimination in employees regarding WFH facility as well. Firstly there's an 8 hours shift . After that they made it almost 9 hours and also there's no 1 hour exactly time break for lunch yet. Overall its an huge mistake to join.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
