Management is just a bunch of puppets. No backbone. We face shutdown and termination in mid of pandemic. Lower level employees were fired but upper management were retained wirh benefits.

Means if you are late by 1 hr then there is no need to apply for half day leave. You can apply for short leave (0.25hrs). You will be in position to balance your life with your work here.
