Dislikes

Management is just a bunch of puppets. No backbone. We face shutdown and termination in mid of pandemic. Lower level employees were fired but upper management were retained wirh benefits.

Appraisal system is totally biased. Process of appraisal is just formality. Relationship with your HOD or immediate supervisor is most important thing for better Increment, work is secondary. Policies are changed frequently as per management convinience.

Dislikes

Politics is major issue. Supervisors review doesn't matter in appraisal. It depends on HOD's like dislikes.

Top management is just full of yes men. No backbone. Most immoral and unethical bunch ever. Even currently company kept leads who fired whole teams and kept only incompetent guys who poses no technical skills. Soon to be shut down.
