It has been a fantastic journey altogether with the company. Superiors have been very supportive and encouraging. Ex- Employees are given the first priority in the next project. Work culture has always been professional. Management do consider the potential candidates and acknowledge their work by appreciating their commitments. Policies has been bit rigid and sometimes flexible as well.

Dislikes

Salary for the ex-employee is not considered in the preceding project. Rotational vacation of Eight months for 15 days is bit harsh on the supervisors.

Likes

Job security, work culture, management and company policies are too good and well for comparing other Korean companies.

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal is not much as our hard work we cant get. Even the same designation whose appointed from out source company paying high salary but who are all comes from GS contractual experienced staff getting raise their salary from their previous what they are getting. It is more dislike.

...ed. I get to travel abroad, especially to the Gulf Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Oman. Company with good relations with workers environment , travel services and all kinds of food very well salary also growth so life is balanced.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent.,but primary time work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 19 hours in a day I have to take growth slow. Also there is no job training for freshers.

...h other during entire period. There is no training performed during this period.Salary is very less comapred with local market demand.

There is no value in individual performance and no career growth.
