Nothing to like about this organisation. Company management lacks vision, once you join this company be rest assured you won't get a job anywhere else, the reason being lack of exposure, management is clueless and hardly would listen to your creativity or idea's, no career path even though you tell them 1000 times during appraisal. HR dept is absolutely useless. Those who have left the company have not got a single job outside. So be careful before joining this organisation or join at your own risk.

...now how to handle the above situation and would always take a opposite decision. Salary hikes is like they would throw you peanuts. Absolutely career spoiling organization.

Nothing, if you are working on off-role for the company then policy is according to HR when ever then want they can change.

According to policy u get mobile accomodation. I was contract staff as per policy if you leave the company then you have to pay 50% but they have deducted my 100% when I asked to HR she revert me as per her policy you cannot do anything against the HR this is the worst thing I have seen in the organization

A good company to work for with very good work life balance, good pay structure & opportunities to grow depending on company's growth initiatives in a market which is today the 3rd largest in the world. You will have all the support from colleagues & seniors to take initiatives & show your ability to build relationships & business with customers some of which are really big MNCs.

Little conservative in approach to take high growth initiatives & increase market share.

Nothing to like about this company and people. Co is run by few jokers sitting in India and enjoying their lives.

Everything rite from HR's approach, Management approach towards business and lack of vision. Company is absolutely struggling to get a sizable business.

1.No vision of management about company 2.GS caltex is global brand but in India people having mentality of LALA company 3. Too much micromanage 4. HR and few people are very dominant 5.No skill development
