Change in work culture from product mindset to service mindset. Not as open as advertised. Not a lot of room to switch within org if you don't like your supervisor

It's a good company to learn banking and end to end development and it's suits for freshers and beginners

Dislikes

There is no growth for higher positions, it's only people managers instead of technical upstream, also more dependency with Italy

You get a lot of opportunity to grow due to the internal innovation initiatives. Has an excellent work life balance. Freedom to try different things.

Dislikes

The leadership team in the organization does not have much exposure to the industry practices since they are people who started their career in Bianca Sella and have grown along with the company for over 15 - 18 years. So I feel this might chock the growth process since it is unidirectional.

I have joined Banca sella as fresher, for 1st three months I had excellent training in Java, SQL. Which helped me to build my foundation strong. Appraisal, trip all decided based on your performance , respect to your immediate and immediate supervisor decision. They have excellent environment for work life balance. In case of any dispute don't showcase with anyone just pass it. Top management people are highly baised baised .

Dislikes

No genuine grievance acknowledgment. They taking things for granted to show you the door.
