Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

... treat good.If you got job in work floor you treated as slave by the management.worst culture they have don't come to work here they won't give proper salary hike and they won't promot as to next level.

Management are simple mind people they won't think about you are your future. for food they charge 18k per Annam

...everything, As a engineer you have to Pack the materials, load the truck .etc. Worst salary package and appraisal. Growth in salary will be 3 percentage in 3 years. Don't keep up the promise, never pays right amount of bonus an EL pay and never answers any questions. Asks to come to office even if you don't have any public transport (lockdown) and company don't provide cab. Worst canteen.
