Sorry I but I have nothing to say what I like about working there .. i don't like anything there..

...s no work culture, lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues... Salary scale is too poor.on this job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary package is less as compared to others, high level of politic, work load is maximum as there are only two staff, work life and personal life totally massup.

Dislikes

Growth is next to impossible interms of designation, grade and salary and at the same time perks and incentive which we told at the time of joining are not being given due to policy change as told by my seniors.

Overall company is very good for job, company provides all types of training time to time as well as care about employee.

Some higher authorities are not understand actual fact and non care of employees thoughts

Some superior like RM Mr. Sujit Patra not good for company, maximum C.G.employee leaving the job because of them, becouse of them image of company is getting tarnished,I have also left the job because of him.
