There is no work culture, lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues... Salary scale is too poor.on this job training is not given to new joinees.

I was placed at Corporate Office with the Legal Team, initially having good exposure with the Senior Legal Person, after having change of the management completely frustrated entire department and ruin the environment of the Legal team. The person who does not have any legal intricacy was the department head and taking the decision on the hearsay, which was not be expected from such higher position person. The person was keeping personal grievance with the employee and spoiling the image of the person in the market when he was looking for the change of the job. I have personal experience and would not suggest to work in the corporate office at least in the legal department, rather you would be happy to have jobless. The Job seeker is not keen to work with the name of the Company but they would be more happy to love with your subordinate staff and superior person. It is legacy in the legal department that no person is staying more than two years, not only that the environment will be created in such manner that the person will compel to leave the organisation after two years from their joining. Dirty politics and blindly following on the hearsay of the other teammates of the legal team. Unwarranted pressure created and breaking the consistency of the work
