Salary package is less as compared to others, high level of politic, work load is maximum as there are only two staff, work life and personal life totally massup.

Growth is next to impossible interms of designation, grade and salary and at the same time perks and incentive which we told at the time of joining are not being given due to policy change as told by my seniors.

Horribal politics, all work is done at branch level. Old employees are protected at the cost of new once. One side decision making
