A good management and salary will be credited on 31st of every month. Only problem is to show result,if result is in lower percentage the staff should attend committee meeting in which some irresponsible and foolish people will be sitting and some of them in committee will also have shown very wrost results but they will ask questions for the staffs who attend meeting, Hr is a man who often conduct hod meetings and keep on saying to produce results and increase admission for college, and first he should know that only results will not improve college,one request to hr is please change the ten member committee members and college atmosphere is very good for students for learning and good laboratory facilities available.

Worst team only show to society all lie inside. Want to improve change from top to bottom staff because they spoiled the campus environment. All acting like doing job no stuff to principal to all hods . I was straight forward and strict in discipline what the principal did planned and made me to resign.

Dislikes

Worst staffs without stuff in subject. All enjoying benifits but not working. Only show that all were placed total fake For education in that group may be do other things wate of money. Food is poison become ulcer patient . Worst experience in my life.

No job security ,no culture in work,management not looking about any improvement. Policies Only in text not implementing . Unfit people were good to principal .

No job security only politics of caste of principal caste.no value of good and faithful staff. Only time pass hod is good to him. Good staff were send out by politics. Management also don't ask nothing simply sign and relieve me. What to tell all corruption non-use to tell . U also simply will leave my text.

Very worst experience only caste based to principal caste. No one can be there if other caste for long time. Have to do corruption to trust to be in job. No words to tell the bitter experience I had.

Dislikes

Only slave job to higher officials. They do corrupt money but trust not taking steps on them.
