...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

THE ONLY ONE THINK IS GOOD IN THIS COMPANY IS, THEIR MANAGMENT (MD & CMD) IS WORKING DOWN TO EARTH. THEY ARE WORKING WITH EMPOLIES LIKE THEIR FAMILY.

HR DEPARTMENT IS WORST I EVER WORK IN MY CARRIER. THEY DONT HAVE ANY COORDINATION WITH EACH OTHER. EVEN THEY DONT HAVE KANOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR POLICES. IF ANY NEW JOINE ASK ANY THEIR QUIRES OR HELP, THEY NEVER SHOW OR HELP ANY ONE. AT LEAST I HAVE THIS EXPERIANCE. HR IS THE MOST USELESS DEPARTMENT. OLD EMPLOYES ARE NOT HAVING GOOD NATURE TO HELP NEW JOINE. THEY ARE FILLING UNSAFE IF ANY NEW EMPLOYE JOIN IN SAME POSITION. AT THE TIME OF PROMOTION OR INCREMENT ONLY FAVORITE PERSON WILL GET GOOD. PROFESSION PERIOD IS ALSO NOT FIX STILL YOU WAS GIVEN 100%. YOUR JOB IS NOT SECURE IN THIS COMAPNY. THEY CAN CALLED YPU ANY TIME AND TOLD YOU TO PUT YOUR PAPER AND GO. AFTER THIS YOU CAN'T GET YOUR FULL N FINAL SETTLEMENT ON TIME.

I liked the GRP work culture and work life balance they maintained for their employees.

Dislikes

i don't like the their work organization chart which they modified before few years that new organization chart would create so much confusion for the particular grade people they i can not understand either they are promoted or demoted or remain at same position. i raise this isssue to the top management but their justification cant satisfy my concern.

Nothing as such. Being in the manufacturing sector they can not match the growth of IT or other sectors.

No job security, no growth opportunity, bad increment. Every year new peoples been taken and Every year peoples are being fired without any reason and the cycles continues... only few peoples are working since long and they will continue... I would request the new peoples who are considering to join GRP, don't do adventure if have a good job, you will regret it after two years.. mark my word
