...re only done if you have a good relation with the HOD your work does not matter. Half the employees are sitting around twiddling their thumbs and only reason they get appraised is they suck up to the HOD Oh and if you are hired for the plant you're done nothing can save you then Also I almost forgot they didn't pay me for the last 15 days I was there and now the HR (Rajeev) is not responding to me

... Company prefers favouritism and Nepotism No job security at all for Performing Person No Appreciation from leaders or management Bonus and LTA are part of CTC and also not paid Company delays while paying things to employees like; Bonus, Appraisal, LTA and others

...mpany so automotive industry not recommend you easily once joint this company... Salary is avg. Should Negotiate at the time of joining... 8-15% AVG. increment.. mostly 8to12%
