In last one year 13-15 new joining me are done. Out of this 11 employee leave Groz beckert. Appraisal is only done for higher management. No hike no promotion

No salary hike they just give you permits.

This company is for those who wants to maintain work life balance. Strictly time following required. If you do well its the company where people think of retirement from here.

Salary package is average and apraisal & promotion is very big concern.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Presently recruiting below average candidates. Career growth is very negligible even on promotion the work is not changing only some additional salary. Appraisal system is totally biased and one has to sign the appraisal only. Training is only to fulfill the requirement of internal systems as it is of no use because neither related to your work nor to the product. Very low level dirty politics is there. At present working environment is also becoming very poor due to poor leadership and non professionalism approach of Management.

Dear groz beckert asia.. i am requesting to get my job back.. the company of india in chandigarh plot no 133-135 industrial area phase 1 chandigarh.. they retrenched more then 37 permanent employees (workmen ) who was working since more the 8 to 20 years.. now you spoiled our future.. i this pandemic .. on 1 dec 2020 they give us a notice of termination letter.. now we are suffering from heavy loans .. in this time we our requesting to your head office in germany.. not to spoil our future in this time .. no body give us a job against this experience .. now our family and all other colleuges are totally in stressed.. we are very now homeless and jobless in this pandemic period ..please help us and think about our future.. and get back your decision

They retrenched us in this pandemic period where no other company did for there employees. No we are requesting to our HR head and Higher management to not runied there employee future
