Literally nothing. Worst manager ever I seen. They don’t have any goal. Boss doesn’t know what’s going on. They always say they are correct and we are wrong.

Dislikes

They don’t give salary on time. Fake people . They chant for Lord Krishna but not follow what Krishna’s objective of life and work. Whoever chants he/she is their favourite. Many bad things I’m unable to write. They even don’t allow phone to workplace, you have to submit it to the security guard. They always say we maintain privacy but that’s also fake because we can easily share the code through drive anyway they don’t have faith on their employees. They won’t allow you to speak with other employees.

Likes

They are complete frauds. Playing with people's careers.After joining the organisation they keep on introducing new rules like signing a mandate 2 years contract that too where you pay 15 times more of your salary as penalty if you leave in between.

Dislikes

Fraud.Cheat.They keep 2 months salary as due.They can ask anyone to leave anytime without valid reasons and proper notice.They ask people to earn on digital mediums so that they can pay you the salaries orelse you can be kicked out anytime They dont give a damn about your financial problems or ruining your career.They don't have any facility not even they think their employees fit to offer them a cup of tea.
