It a advice to everyone reading this review that being unemployed and looking for better opportunity is better than joining this organization. Work place is like hell. No employee policies, worst work culture and office environment.

Couldn't think of any!

Dislikes

They are scammers and cheaters. They promise you to pay you bonuses and perks based on your performance and even though you deliver good work, they don't keep up with their words. Instead they over-power and extort more and more work from you. Client's demands for your work but they don't let you know that, just to not increase an employee's bonus points. REAL HORRIBLE PEOPLE, especially ANISHA And AMAN.

Likes

The management is friendly and the you're not disturbed on your week-offs. You can just do your working hour duty diligently and sign off. No overtime or pressure to get incentives.

Dislikes

Well, there should be a proper role assigned for each post. It becomes difficult to do other expert's reworks as one has no idea about the content written. It takes time and additional efforts. Incentives should be increased for QC and extra money should be given to the quality checkers when they do writing work on per word basis (like freelancing).
