Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing. The most toxic company one can ever work in.

Dislikes

Full of politics and they hardly care about hard working employees. No job security. Once their motive is achieved, they can kick you out at any time without any notice period. No good appraisals. They also harass their employees on personal level. Molestation of female employees by heads. And HRs do not bother about anything.

Hods are so rude, even founders are also layers, hr is not supporting, managers is not supporting, egoistic Coo and thee friends. There are are just making farmers fool and make money frome them.

Dislikes

Don't trust them they don't have have ethics, they talk about so many things but they only talked so I never want to go there.
