...othing to like about Groupe Beaumanoir pvt ltd. The company is not at all good. They don't pay enough salary and is very less from market price. The employees have to work day and night but don't get satisfaction. They don't give increment to the employees.

The company is a nightmare and after spending this many years still our efforts are unrecognised. So many bad experiences with the company. Every year we got the increments of 1%. Employees are not happy. If you took the holidays they will create scenes. They expect you to work day and night for all 7 days. You are working like helpers and there is no as such growth in the company in terms of salaries and positions. I am still at the same level in which I had joined as there is no scope.
