i working right now work from home since march 2020.but they are not paying payment till moment.i dont know my payment coming hand. but still waiting....

Principal Architect is comparatively more professional and positive. He motivates to take control. Sometimes pressurizes to take decisions and proceed work, but has proved positive in my case. It is advised to interact directly with him.

Dislikes

No air conditioner, poor ventilation, unclean common toilet. Poor computers and improper seating. May cause back pain as well. They don't seem to have an intention to improve their work culture and continue to stay at the lowest quality to save maintenance money. Environments are usually noisy with all the departments crunched in small spaces. Summers are intolerable. Internal politics is played by old employees. There are no professional company protocols followed as such.
